Shipping Timeline
We aim to dispatch your orders in 2-4 business working days, once dispatched, it would take 2-9 days in transit (approx). Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail/DM / whatsapp text 24 to 48 hours after with the tracking information.

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public/other Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.
There can be delays in different circumstances that are not controllable from our end. Order cancellation/refund requests will not be entertained.

To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies like India post & DTDC.

We will NOT be able to give you information about your order status until it's been packed from our end. Please wait for the dispatch email as we are a small team with limited staff members.

Shipping Charges
We charge Rs.150 at checkout if your order value is below INR 1999. After that, we offer free shipping.

We do not have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched & you receive an email/DM from us, within the above-mentioned time frame. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified with tracking details for you to track the order.

Please do not expect standard deliveries placed on the website to be delivered on urgent basis before getting a confirmation from us on mail/Instagram prior to placing an order here.
