Returns & ExchangesWe do not have a refund or exchange facility available.  the products purchased on our website do not qualify for any return or exchange unless the product delivered is damaged, has manufacturing defects or the order sent has been incorrect. In this case, we will allow exchange.

We hold the sole discretion to determine whether your order qualifies for an exchange. Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:1. An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match with the ordered size/measurements given by you2. If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. Images will be required on mail/ whatsapp.If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: Order number & specify the reason for exchange (wrong piece, defected piece, wrong size)
